Only one account per person is permitted; duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited. All transactions on arion plus are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). We support deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, and participating Philippine bank transfer channels. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of each transaction. Deposits are generally credited within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider, though processing times may vary depending on your chosen method and network conditions. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframe stated in the Cashier section; arion plus does not charge withdrawal fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name, and we reserve the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Any attempt to exploit software errors, glitches, or unintended game behaviour will result in the voiding of affected bets and may lead to account suspension.
Bonuses and promotional offers made available on arion plus are subject to individual terms that are published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. General bonus terms apply in addition to any offer-specific conditions, and in the event of a conflict the offer-specific terms take precedence. Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds and must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. arion plus reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly where there is evidence of abuse or misuse. Players who attempt to exploit bonus offers through coordinated play, multiple accounts, or any other method intended to circumvent the spirit of the promotion will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed. Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own discretion and risk.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited, and we reserve the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team; any remaining balance of verified funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method after all pending transactions have been settled. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity review, and we will attempt to contact you using your registered details before taking any action.
